The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering with the Project Office of the University of Montenegro is the host of the project coordinator meeting of the Erasmus + SUCCESS project - Sustainable university – enterprise cooperation for improving graduate employability. The Erasmus + SUCCESS project aims to establish sustainable cooperation between universities and business through the improvement of entrepreneurship education, as well as the exchange of practical knowledge in order to improve the employment of graduates. The project also aims to strengthen international cooperation and networking of universities and companies, at the regional and international level.

In order to integrate the results of various current projects dealing with the topic of entrepreneurship and strengthening the employability of students, Erasmus+ CBHE projects were presented at todays meeting: DigNest, E-VIVA, ReFLAME, KnowHUB, IoT-ECO as well as the H2020 Euraxess HUB project, whose focus is, among other things, scientific entrepreneurship.

The coordinator meeting, which was opened by the dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Radoje Vujadinović, is organized from 10-11.11.2022 in a hybrid form, and has gathered all project partners with the aim of planning the implementation of activities in the third - final year of the project (15.11.2022-31.10.2023), as well as defining additional activities that will contribute sustainability of project results, especially the new regional platform for cooperation between business, the academic community and students in the domain of the project, research and business opportunities - KALCESS.NET.

The coordinator of the Erasmus + SUCCESS project is Burch University from Sarajevo, and the partners are universities, chambers of commerce, companies and development agencies from Germany, Poland, Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, and Montenegro. The Montenegrin partners are the University of Montenegro, the Institute - Center of Excellence for Research and Innovation and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, as well as the Montenegrin company "Hiperion" d.o.o. from Nikšić, whose founder is a graduate student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
