Tatjana Popović rođena je u Sarajevu 04. 05. 1968. godine, gdje je završila osnovnu i srednju školu. Školske 1987/88. godine upisala je Poljoprivredni fakultet u Sarajevu, a diplomirala je na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu 1995. godine. Poslijediplomske studije upisala je na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu u Novom Sadu, smjer Vinogradarstvo, školske 1998/99. godine. Magistarsku tezu pod naslovom "Uticaj organskih i mineralnih đubriva na biološke i tehnološke osobine sorte vranac" odbranila je 06. 03....
