Biography - Mašnić Jelena

She was born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she started primary school and ended it in Podgorica. A grammar school diploma acquired in high school "Petar Petrovic Njegos" in Danilovgrad. In 2002 she enrolled psychology studies at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of East Sarajevo, and graduated in 2006 on the theme "Social - psychological characteristics of students as determinants of their attitudes towards teaching and work of university professors." In July 2010 she successfully defended her master's thesis on the topic "Social - psychological factors of forming attitudes about women leaders in Montenegro". 2015. has acquired a title doctor of psychological sciences at the topic "Perception of behaviors of teachers and evaluate their own academic achievement." Since 2007 she has been employed in the study programs of Psychology, University of Montenegro, as a lecturer in teaching in the field of social psychology. Organizes psychology classes at a number of academic programs at University of Montenegro. From 2010 until now, in cooperation with "ZOPT" and the Employment Office in Podgorica, works on the project for rehabilitation of unemployed persons classified as less employable. She is a volunteer at the Association of Parents and Library for the Blind (in Podgorica). She has participated in numerous scientific conferences, published more scientific papers and co-authored a monograph.
