Official Student European Youth Card (EYC) – Benefits Fit for a Student
The University of Montenegro has enabled all freshmen to have a co-branded and digital edition of the European Youth Card (EYC), which provides numerous financial benefits and connects them with the European community of young people.
What is the digital student EYC card?
Digital student EYC cards are distributed completely free of charge at the beginning of each academic year to all students who enrol in the first year of studies at the University of Montenegro. With the student EYC card, students gain access to over 250 discounts in our country and more than 30,000 discounts across Europe. In addition to discounts, the European Youth Card also represents an international youth network, bringing together over 9 million young people from more than 40 European countries, giving them access to non-formal education programs, information related to mobility, volunteering, employment, youth activism, etc.
First-year students will receive their personal EYC serial number — which functions as their European Youth Card serial number — to the email address they provided upon enrolment.
How to activate the official digital student EYC card?
Step I – Finding your EYC Serial Number
All students — freshmen as well as senior students — can find their EYC serial number via the link: https://www.omladinskakartica.me/serijski-brojevi
Note: All freshmen can find their EYC serial numbers via this link at the beginning of the academic year.
Step II – Installing the digital student EYC card (myEYC mobile app)
To activate their student digital EYC card, students need to download the mobile app myEYC (available on Google Play and App Store) and register using their EYC serial number.
They will then enter their personal information (name, surname, date of birth, etc.), upload a photo, and verify the account. Once the process is complete, the student EYC card becomes active in digital format and can be used to claim discounts by showing the card in the app.

The University of Montenegro and the Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro have been supporting the development of the European Youth Card (EYC) since 2021, aiming to make the student card a strong and official tool for promoting information, mobility, and inclusion among students.
The European Youth Card (EYC) program in Montenegro is implemented by the NGO Centre for Youth Education with the support of the Ministry of Sports and Youth on behalf of the Government of Montenegro.
